Hypnotizability and Trance States
Many people say they are too “controlling” to be hypnotized. I find this a contradiction, if they are truly “controlling” why are they unable to relax?
Many people misunderstand trances.
Have you every had a daydream or found yourself caught up in fantasy?
When you fall asleep you naturally move through a series of altered states.
Trance states are normal, ordinary, every day types of experiences.
People who are highly suggestible are easy to hypnotize because they are highly creative, imaginative, intelligent people.
